The same Narwhal API key works for every Narwhal API, and each family links to its API reference for parameters and response fields. Contact support about any country, currency or series that is not listed.
Available indicators vary by country, and release cadence follows the official publisher; the country table lists cadence and publishers. Data comes from official national statistics offices and central banks, and Narwhal stores complete accepted releases so your requests do not call publisher websites live.
Any supported currency can be the base or quote currency. Actively traded currencies update intraday while markets are open, with daily reference rates as the minimum; every rate carries its own timestamp and stale flag.
Gold is quoted in 31 currencies, while silver, platinum, palladium and copper are quoted in US dollars. Spot quotes can be stale while markets are closed.
A date range does not mean a price was reported every day. Palm oil prices retain the source's native unit and price definition.
Prediction markets provide market-implied probabilities on economic releases, central bank decisions, metals and energy prices.
A public holiday calendar becomes available only once the official source has published it. Until then, it is marked “not available yet”.
