Common questions

How are banks and insurers represented?

Banks and insurers leave revenue and gross profit empty. They report interest income or premiums instead.

How is EBIT calculated?

EBIT uses operating income when available, otherwise pre-tax income plus interest expense. It is derived and is not provided for banks or insurers.

What do the three net income items represent?

net_income is the parent company's share, excluding non-controlling interests. net_income_including_nci is the consolidated total, including non-controlling interests. net_income_parent is a separate item for net income attributable to the parent's owners.
