Narwhal returns company filing records, standardised financial statements and holders of 5% or more reported in Schedule 13D and 13G.

How do SEC company identifiers work?

A US company ID combines usa: with its SEC Central Index Key, such as usa:0000789019. Ticker aliases such as usa:MSFT are accepted too.

Does standardisation replace the official filing?

The SEC filing remains authoritative. Narwhal provides JSON records and standardised figures for use in your application.
