The Riksbank series records dates as observed_on, the date the source recorded the value. An effective_on field would identify the date a rate took effect. Each observation contains exactly one of these date fields. This source has daily rows, so the changes table selects only days when the value changed. A daily observation with the same value as the preceding row adds no new rate change.

Sveriges Riksbank is the source of these observations. Values retain their published form as decimal strings in percent per annum. The history response preserves daily observations, while the recent-changes display selects changes in value.
How do I get the Riksbank policy rate history?
Request the history route with SWE, then pass each returned next_cursor as the next request's cursor. Continue until next_cursor is null. Each request consumes a metered unit, including requests for subsequent pages.
A cursor pins the publication snapshot for pagination. An expired cursor or withdrawn source rights produces an error. Keep observed_on alongside each rate when you store the rows so its source observation date stays attached.

Each response row has its own date in observed_on. Use that row's date with the source notice when you identify an individual observation. The illustrative response uses an example value and does not state the current rate.
