country 請使用大寫的 ISO alpha-3 代碼。

未提供 date 時，回應會回傳 UTC 當日或之前的最新來源觀測值。提供 date 時，則回傳指定日期或之前的最新觀測值。沒有觀測值的日期仍會缺省，未來才生效的利率絕不會提前取代目前利率。

MCP 工具包括 economics_get_policy_rate、economics_get_policy_rate_history、economics_get_central_bank_reserves 及 economics_get_central_bank_balance_sheet。REST 與 MCP 共用 Bearer 金鑰、結構描述及配額；每個請求計為一次呼叫。

所有方案均即時提供政策利率。最新利率不受歷史資料範圍限制；帶有 date、歷史日期範圍、準備資產 period 或資產負債表 period 的請求，則適用方案的歷史資料範圍：Free 為 12 個月，Basic 為 5 年，Pro 為完整歷史資料。結束時間早於該範圍的請求會回傳 403 plan_upgrade_required。

回應

範例使用已儲存的數值呈現回應結構。這些數值並非即時資料。

單一利率包含 rate 和 qualifier；目標區間則改用 lower_bound 和 upper_bound。數值以十進位字串表示，單位為年利率百分比，負利率亦為有效值。

歷史

• start 和 end：包含起訖當日的日期，格式為 YYYY-MM-DD。
• limit：1 至 1000；預設為 100。
• cursor：上一頁的 next_cursor。

結果依時間由舊到新排列。讀取後續各頁時，請將 next_cursor 作為 cursor 傳入，並使用相同的篩選條件和筆數上限，直到其值為 null。游標會在 24 小時內，讓所有分頁維持使用最初的發布版本。游標超時或中央銀行資料已撤回時，會回傳 409 cursor_expired；請不帶游標重新開始。

回應包含 country、observations 和 next_cursor。每筆觀測值使用與單筆利率回應相同的欄位。

歷史資料請求會將 start 往後調整至方案歷史資料範圍的起點：Free 為 12 個月，Basic 為 5 年，Pro 為完整歷史資料。美國、澳洲、捷克、加拿大及馬來西亞僅記錄決策日期，歷史資料不會將較早的利率延用至該範圍內。若範圍內沒有決策，回應中的 observations 會是空清單（[]），且 next_cursor 設為 null。不帶 date 的目前利率請求會回傳現行利率，所有方案均不受歷史資料範圍限制。

準備資產

回傳該中央銀行發布的官方準備資產總額。period 請使用 YYYY-MM，或省略此參數以取得最新月份。

value 是表示正數的十進位字串。該中央銀行發布的單位決定 scale，其值為 units 或 millions；currency 表示數值的幣別。Narwhal 絕不換算數量級或幣別。period 為資料所屬月份，released_on 則是發布機構最後更新檔案的日期。尚未發布的月份仍會缺省，絕不補值。

準備資產資料涵蓋澳洲（RBA 資料表 A4）、馬來西亞（馬來西亞國家銀行，國際準備總額），以及透過 ECB 以歐元計價的準備資產序列提供的德國、法國、愛爾蘭、荷蘭、葡萄牙、斯洛維尼亞、愛沙尼亞、拉脫維亞、立陶宛、克羅埃西亞及捷克。捷克的數值為 ECB 記錄的捷克國家銀行數據。其他國家會回傳 404 series_not_found。

資產負債表

透過 GET /v1/economics/{country}/central-bank/balance-sheet 或 MCP 工具 economics_get_central_bank_balance_sheet，讀取中央銀行每月的資產總額（資產負債表總額）。可將選填的 period 設為 YYYY-MM 格式的資料所屬月份，或省略此參數以回傳最新月份。

period 為資料所屬月份，released_on 記錄公布日期。加拿大的 released_on 為 Narwhal 擷取該數值的日期，因為加拿大銀行的檔案沒有更新日期。value 為與公布內容完全一致的正十進位數字字串，currency 及 scale（units 或 millions）標示該銀行公布資料所用的單位；Narwhal 絕不換算。

所有方案均提供加拿大（CAN、加拿大銀行、CAD）及馬來西亞（MYS、馬來西亞國家銀行、MYR）的月資料；其他國家皆回傳 404 series_not_found。若明確指定的 period 結束於方案歷史資料範圍之前，會回傳 403 plan_upgrade_required：Free 提供 12 個月，Basic 提供 5 年，Pro 提供完整歷史資料。

涵蓋範圍

歐元區採用單一政策利率。每個列出的歐元區成員國代碼，都會回傳自該國採用歐元之日起的 ECB 存款機制利率。

美國、澳洲、捷克、加拿大及馬來西亞的資料列列出利率決策日期（僅限利率變動）。瑞典、挪威、丹麥、巴西及歐元區成員國的資料列則列出附日期的觀測值，利率可能與前次相同。

瑞典的 policy_rate 在 8 June 2022 之前為附買回利率。巴西僅提供政策利率資料，且不包含尚未生效的日期。

來源與聲明

加拿大銀行、ECB 和 RBA 在各自網站上免費發布資料。Narwhal 轉換格式後，回傳已發布的數值。這些機構並未為 Narwhal 背書。

錯誤

• 400 invalid_query 國家、日期或篩選條件無效。
• 400 invalid_cursor 游標格式錯誤，或游標是為不同的篩選條件核發。
• 401 invalid_api_key 缺少 Bearer 金鑰，或金鑰遭拒。
• 403 plan_upgrade_required 請求的日期或範圍結束時間早於方案的歷史資料範圍。
• 404 series_not_found 沒有符合請求的利率，或尚未涵蓋該國資料。
• 409 cursor_expired 游標已超過 24 小時，或其資料已撤回。
• 429 rate_limit_exceeded 已達短時間內的請求上限。請等待 Retry-After 指定的時間。
• 429 quota_exhausted 帳戶已用完每月配額。
• 503 economics_unavailable 無法安全地提供來源資料。
